Your product will be produced right after your order is placed. Our warehouse is located on US, EU, China. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for processing time. You will receive the tracking number through your email or phone as soon as it available on our carrier system.

SHIPPING TIME

 ***US Orders

The package is delivered to your door by USPS/FedEx. You will get your packages in an average  10 – 15 days from shipment date (if you choose “Standard shipping” option). You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

***International Orders 

We use EMS (for products from China) and USPS for products from the US. You will get your package in an average 2 – 5 weeks from our fulfillment center to your doorstep. You will also receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

 ***Track your order:

You can check your tracking information at our Track Your Order page. Search your order using order number and your email address, then click on the tracking number. 

***Your tracking number doesn’t work or update for a long time? 

For most of the countries (beside US), tracking information will be only updated after the package arriving at the airport of destination country. 

Don’t worry, your package is still within the carrier network and, unless otherwise noted, should be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the delivery system. There may be several days between scans if the shipment is going cross-country or moving between countries or territories, so your tracking number still doesn’t update. 

SHIPPING PROBLEM

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you. 

You have the right to request a refund if you do not receive the product within 30 days from the order date (for US orders) or 60 days from the date of your order (for international orders).

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.

The artsywoodsy.com DOES NOT take responsibility for possible fees.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE IT

Following these instructions enables you to get your package as quickly as possible if it’s around.

  1. Verify the shipping address
    • Check the shipping address in your order confirmation email/ shipping confirmation email
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  3. Look around the delivery location

    • Check around the entrances of your residence for the package: particularly on back porches, in bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that delivery drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
  4. See if someone else accepted delivery
    • Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing.
  5. Speak with the specific postal carrier who delivers your mail as they do scan the package in order to mark it ‘delivered’.
  6. Wait 36 hours—packages can show as delivered while still in transit.
  7. If your order is 7 days passed the expected delivery date but still don’t have any information, then please contact us for a replacement.

If a package falls into this category, artsywoodsy Store reserves the right to send a replacement.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED

To prevent all the problem with the delivery, please make sure to check carefully your shipping address before confirming your order. You can use USPS ADDRESS VALIDATION TOOL to check if your address is confirm or not. 

1/ Changing address before the order ship out

If you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it departs. 

2/ Changing address after the order ship out

Once the items leave our warehouse, we can’t guarantee that we can change the shipping address/ find your package, but we’ll do everything we can. Please co-operate with us (follow tracking information, contact your post office/ local carrier) to see if we can find out your package and redelivered to your correct address.

Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.

3/ Provide wrong shipping address and the tracking status show “RETURN TO ORIGINAL SENDER”

If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been return to the sender (wrong shipping address, fail delivery because receiver not at home/ not pick up order in time…), we reserve the right to send a replacement. Refund are not accept in these case.

LOST PACKAGE

If the package is lost during delivery due to carrier’s mistake, we reserve the right to send a replacement. Refund is not accepted in this case.


RETURN PROBLEM

Because our products are custom print for your order, we do not accept return. If you have any problem with the item you purchased, please let us know at support@artsywoodsy.com and let our support team do our best to assist you.

We won’t responsible for refund or exchange if you return items on your own without contact us first. Please don’t return item to the address writing on the package. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to support@artsywoodsy.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. 

Please be informed that:

  • A management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
  • We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in this holiday seasons

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

REFUND

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized,we do not exchange or issue full refund unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

  • Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
  • Not what you ordered;

Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer partial refund (excluding shipping fee)
NOTE:

  • We  DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
  • We typically  DO NOT accept refunds or replacement due to customer’s mistakes such as:
    – Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct
    – Incorrect shipping addresses
    – Invalid address entry
    – Improper care, damages in use. 
    Our company can only offer you a discount for reordering in the cases above.

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.
A request needs to be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date to qualify for credit or replacement. 
To file a claim, please send us an email to support@artsywoodsy.com and include the following information (this is a must):

  • Order number
  • Video/ photo of the defective product
  • If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error. 
  • If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
  • If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package’s cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem
  • Full delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

We will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

  • The refund process may take up to 14 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.
  • Modifications are not allowed for replacement items.
  • Remember not to return the item(s) you received because we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you have an order issue before returning any products.

REPLACEMENT

At this time we do not offer return in any case, we just offer replacement. If your item is defective, you don’t need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free. 

We do not allow modifications to replacement items.
